HCMCA was set up by
Ms. Aanal Bhagwati
to help organizations understand, develop, implement, and quantify the effectiveness of their human resource programs and policies. Our goal is to help companies create measurable business results through their people. Building the right HR strategy and processes that fulfill the needs of employees and other key stakeholders is vital to maximize the potential of the HR function and business growth in periods of change.
Ms. Bhagwati has over twelve years of experience in global human resources. Her background includes internal and external consulting in several areas of organizational effectiveness and talent management in North and South America, Europe and Asia. Her expertise includes development and implementation of strategic and functional human resource programs within staffing and recruiting, career development and succession planning, employee and performance management, organization design and development, policy and compliance, HR measurement, base pay issues and global M&A integration.
Ms. Bhagwati received an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University with a concentration in Organizational Development and an M.I.L.R. (Masters in Industrial and Labor Relations) from Cornell University with a concentration in Human Resources Management. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management. Since April 2007, she has been the Chairperson of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) HR/IR Panel for the Gujarat region as well as a Committee Member of the CII Western Region HR Sub Committee
Ms. Ashika Ponnapa has over six years of experience in various functional areas of human resources such as recruitment and training and development. She has worked with a variety of companies, both within the SMEs and larger corporations. Her expertise lies in the in–depth assessment of training needs at organizational and individual level, and customized development and delivery of training modules.
Ms. Ponnapa has a B.A. in Corporate Secretaryship and a PG Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Madras School of Social Work, Chennai. She has also received a Diploma in Training and Development from the Indian Society for Training and Development, New Delhi.
